I am the Founder and Director of Bamboo Montessori and a Montessori educator with over 16 years of experience working with children in bilingual English and Chinese environments. I hold both AMI (0–3) and AMS (3–6) Montessori diplomas, along with a Diploma in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about supporting children in developing independence, confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. I believe every child deserves to be respected, understood, and given the freedom to grow at their own pace. Through authentic Montessori education and a carefully prepared environment, I strive to create meaningful learning experiences that nurture each child's academic, social, and emotional development while helping them reach their full potential.

Fluent in both Polish and Spanish, I believe in supporting each child's unique developmental journey through respect, gentle guidance, and meaningful Montessori experiences that foster curiosity, resilience, and joy in learning.

I believe that children thrive when they are treated with patience, kindness, and respect, and I am passionate about supporting their growing independence, confidence, and love of learning. Through clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and engaging learning experiences, I strive to create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, capable, and encouraged to explore the world around them. As a mother of two daughters, I also bring valuable personal insight into the joys and challenges of supporting children's development.

Inspired by the Montessori philosophy, I foster independence, confidence, and self-care skills through everyday experiences, respectful guidance, and meaningful interactions. I believe that each child deserves patience, kindness, and individual attention as they develop at their own pace. As a mother of two grown children and a grandmother, I also bring valuable life experience and a deep understanding of the importance of providing loving, consistent care during a child's earliest years.

I believe that every child learns differently and thrives through meaningful relationships, positive guidance, and hands-on experiences. As a bilingual speaker of English and Mandarin, I enjoy supporting children's communication skills, confidence, and independence while building strong connections with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
